Life after death

i'm not very reliogious so i dont really know what i beleive in but i'm sure to figure it out when i get older or when the world ends.. whichever comes first.

I believe in Heaven and Hell. Though I'm afraid I must say, I don't Believe in reincarnation into an animal or....Well, I'm not God so I don't know, but I do believe in Heaven and Hell. As I recall, the theory of Reincarnation has been spoken of a few times in the bible. Many thought John the Bapist (when he was alive) was Elijah reincarnated.

I believe in life after death, but I'm not sure I believe in life before death.

Life before death. You do not believe in this? How does that work? So we have all already died? I like this interesting theory and would like to know more about why you think that it may work in that fashion...

Most of us focus on the question- is there life after death? And that is important. And yet perhaps the more important question is implicit within that. And it is this… is there life before death?Try this. Just take a fruit you really love. Melon. Chickoo. Whatever. Now close your eyes. And just smell it. For two minutes focus your entire being on smelling it. If you’ve done it with just a little bit of your being you’ll find it so sensual as to rival the orgasmic.

Yet, how many times have we ever really experienced that kind of richness? How many times have we tasted when we tasted, laughed when we laughed, smiled when we smiled, touched when we touched, lived when we lived? Once? Twice, in the last tenyears? The richness and depth of sensation that can make a humble chickoo outrival caviar, is ours. But all too often it passes us by. Lost as it seeks to penetrate the dull condom of our inattentive beings, scattered foci, and congealed latex of plans, plots, future moments.

To sum it up, I believe I'll start 'really' living, once I die. This life has nothing on what's to come. Therefore, in a sense, I'm already dead to this world compared to what is after this life. It's not rather or not I believe in life before death, it's rather or not It's possible.

To sum it up, I believe I'll start 'really' living, once I die. This life has nothing on what's to come. Therefore, in a sense, I'm already dead to this world compared to what is after this life. It's not rather or not I believe in life before death, it's rather or not It's possible.

I believe in God or at least I believe that there is a good and an evil, I mean I believe that there is a heavan and a hell but then again I start questioning that, so i just say that i believe that we all follow our own destiny and that we make it all happen day to day and if i am right and there is a heaven and a hell and maybe i will make it to the pearly gates or i might be sent with out passing go or collecting $200 right straight to hell with all my palz, i guess thats why i am in a black mood because i am living on this wretched earth but i believe that there are answers out there for me somewhere in this world that i hope to believe has a core goodness.

There is no life or death. It's the conceptualization of this duality that keeps us in a cycle of suffering.

Indeed, an understanding of identity as essentially a flow of psychic processes avoids any notion of a discrete, absolute, metaphysical self. This Buddhist doctrine of the non-existence of the self, or anatta, is important to understand; for the self, or rather the illusion of self, is the primary factor which keeps individuals in the cycle of suffering. A lack of understanding of dependent origination, for any conceptualization in terms of opposites assumes the validity and existence of concepts; and such concepts, under Buddhist philosophy, do not exist except within the mind.

This blissful state is equivalent to a sense of "oneness" brought about by the meditator's recovery of a pre-verbal experience which no longer confuses the duality of bipolar construing with the unity of reality
