Well as I currently found out you can only have 3 animals in henrico county. If anyone wants a adult cat preferably around 2 years old contact me online (dazedandconfusedz with yahoo) I also have a 2 year old english beagle and a 6 month old redtick pitbull.

I have seen nothing in the Code Of Henrico County that prohibits more than three animals. I can personally say that I know MANY people who have more than three dogs and cats within the borders of Henrico County.

Code of Henrico Most of the code is about vicious dogs and the animal shelter, nothing in there on limits on numbers of animals

I've been looking for a few animals that I can run over with my fourwheeler. It's really fun too, but sadly I ran out of animals. If anyone is looking to get rid of their dog or cat, I'll gladly take it and I'll promise to not kill it. I mean, I'll keep it for a few weeks before it dies.

I think that's basically the same thing I told Ginny and Ron when Ginny was bragging about how many animals she had. Animal Control would know the law best if anyone has any questions about it. And really it's not enforced unless you don't take care of your animals and your house/apt smells like a dead whale vagina from animal excriment. As long as you don't give anyone reason to complain about your animals you're fine for the most part. You can always apply for a kennel liscense which would let you keep as many animals as you want.

As with many things in this world, I'll believe it when I see it.

If Henrico has such an ordinance, they will write the code section on any documents they give you. Until then don't worry about it.

As she-Jesse says, as long as you keep your place in good healthy conditions and don't have animal waste everywhere you'll be fine.

my neighbor is a bitch so she would make my life a living hell. all the animals are gone now.. so thats over with. I did find out about the kennal license and its a 500 dollar fee but the neighbors in front back and sides have to know and if they go to the courthouse and say they dont want all those animals there.. well my 500 dollars are gone. So I decided just to get rid of them and tell my neighbors to kiss my ass. I'm not gonna worry about it anymore.
