"Ah, man, it was fucked up. Some shithead cop starts shooting up my ride, man, and then he jumps in and pushes me out and ran me over, man."
All this makes me wonder: Who was on more crack? The cop for jumping into the truck, or the dipshit driving the truck?

Car jacker probably was lookin for quick cash...and car jacking is too involved for most CRACKHEADS....
could be a tweaker....meth heads been known to jack many a car...
2 be honest the guy was too fat to be a longtime user of either...
the cop has no real explanation for his theatrics.... maybe watched one too many hollywood cop flicks but his antics were foolish... he endangered himself... other motorists (in manyways)- and likely created a very large liability to the public... there are so many ways to stop a car chase...
he also seemed to try and excersize leathal force..... he shoulda just popped a few tires... and there was no reason to totally eject the passenger...tho the heal was likely inevitable with that choice in path of action...
i thought it was amusing that some cop did this.... hed likely be paid alot more to be a hollywood stuntman...and hed be in more precise controlled environments without so many "loose cannon variables"
