They offer shitloads of raises and promotions and ability to move up and whatnot. My roomie has been working there barely a year now and he'll be making $15-16, plus whatever overtime done. And they get TRIPLE pay on holidays.

Tho I don't get jack for hours anyway, and I wouldn't be able to work them even if I had them. Not with two major writing intensive classes and Spanish 202.
I like what I do at BB, I love the people and if I worked there more often, I'd prolly have a much better chance at getting more money.
Tho if I worked there more often, I'd also have a much higher chance of getting fired cuz of the monotony, or waking up too late. I don't do mornings, ever.
